BROOKLYNETTES DANCE WORKSHOP 2013
On Sunday, October 20th 2013 The Dance Space welcomed the NY BROOKLYNETTES DANCERS! The famous Dancers came to The Dance Space to teach a class to our lucky PT Dancers. The BROOKLYNETTES taught a wonderful workshop including a warm up, and actual choreography from the BROOKLYNETTES Halftime SHOW! We are constantly looking to introduce our Performance Troupe Dancers to new and exciting choreography, dance styles and experiences.
At the end of the workshop they explained the BROOKLYNETTES audition process and encouraged all the girls to audition when they are of age! The Brooklynettes dancers were so impressed with our dancers and their talent!
PT Dancers are NOT a competitive team. PT are classes that are offered in the studio to all dancers. When you register for PT class you are given an opportunity to perform at local events, recitals, community events and enjoy our workshops. Workshops are when we invite "celebrity" guest teachers to the studio for a private intensive. Some of our past workshops include...The NY JETS, NY KNICKS, Grandma the Clown from the BIG APPLE Circus and BROADWAY Choreographer Stephanie Klemmons from "Bring it On!"
We believe that it dancing is an art and encourage our dancers to feel the same! The only competition we believe in is with yourself
